I understand that I am receiving designs that may contain flaws, problems, errors, or other issues. I agree to test stitch these designs for the purpose of identifying flaws and errors so they may be fixed and perfected for sale by Lights Out Creations. I understand that I am allowed to keep the designs for free in lieu of payment and can stitch the designs on anything I wish, and may sell the finished product. I understand that I am not allowed to sell the digital files nor give them away for free or as a gift without the prior written authorization of Lights Out Creations. I will report my findings and report any problems with the design in a timely manner, depending on the size of the design. I understand that a timely manner is typically no more than 7 days, unless otherwise agreed upon. I agree to supply photos of the stitched design to Lights Out Creations to help identify problem areas or for use in sale samples. I understand I will be credited for my photos when used in sale items. I agree to stitch a fixed design to help verify all problems have been resolved, or to help identify issues still present. I understand that certain designs need to be tested on certain material, and understand that I will provide all supplies needed to test the designs, and will not be compensated for such supplies. I acknowledge that I may discontinue my testing at any time, and can keep the last received designs for free, whether they are working designs or not. I also acknowledge that my testing can be terminated at any time, but can still keep the last received designs for free, whether working or not.
